Our client, is looking to recruit a full time HR Business Partner.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or in a similar field
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar role (ideally within the manufacturing industry)
• MQF4 or Equivalent course in Employment Law
• Conversant with MS Office applications
• Experience in dealing with all aspects of HR practices including grievances and disciplinary procedures, absence management, consultation, employee relations issues, recruitment and selection, training, compensation, benefits and talent management 
• Proven ability to drive commercially led people practices
• Experience in supporting managers in a business environment
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality at
• the highest level in order to develop excellent stakeholder relationships
• A proactive approach with the continuous improvement of leading and supporting change
• Organised with the ability to manage and prioritise a challenging and busy workload.
