Our client, a leading international property company, is seeking to recruit an office Secretary to assist Managers and provide internal administrative support. 

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative or supporting secretarial role 
  • Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and able to work on own initiative
  • Highly presentable with excellent customer service skills
  • Fluency in English and Maltese 
  • IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS office

 

Applicants should have a minimum 2 years experience in an administration, secretarial or front office position, and secretarial qualifications will be considered favourably.
