Our client, a large and well known Corporate Services Provider, is seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant/Secretary to directly assist a Company Partner and support senior level Management. 

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a PA or Secretarial role 
  • Highly organised and meticulous with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • A professional, positive and outgoing character
  • Able to work and perform under pressure 
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Highly competent with MS Office software


Applicants should ideally possess work experience within the Finance, Banking or Legal sector, and supporting senior level staff. Secretarial qualifications would be considered an asset.
