Our client, an established corporate services consultancy, is seeking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer with immediate effect.

 

Candidates must have the following attributes:

• Licence to practice law in Malta 
• Experience and knowledge of corporate and company law
• Familiarity with regulatory bodies and working procedures 
• Document management proficiency with excellent attention to detail
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and client facing skills
• Deadline driven, pro active and ambitious

Applicants must hold an LL.D from the University of Malta, and at least 2 years+ experience in Maltese corporate and company law.
