Our client, a large and well known Corporate Services Provider, is seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to compliment their growing team and oversee company portofolios. 

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Exemplary administration abilities, ideally within a Corporate or Financial Services environment
  • Knowledge of Maltese company law, statutory obligations, and company registers
  • Awareness of due diligence/compliance checks and financial procedures
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Highly meticulous, hardworking, and able to multi task
  • Fluency in Maltese and English
  • IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS office

 

Applicants must possess a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar administrative position, preferably within a Corporate or Financial Services environment, and should be educated to degree level.
