A large, dynamic and fast growing Financial and ecommerce related company is seeking to employ an IT Support Specialist to directly assist the IT Support Manager and provide first level support to all company users.

 

Candidate requirements:

• 3 years experience in an IT support position, ideally within a Corporate or Financial services environment
• Self driven with a helpful attitude 
• Good communication and customer support skills 
• Fluency in English 
• Expertise in Cloud services and Smartphones application support
• Strong experience with Windows OS, Anti-virus tools, Google GSuite, and software automations

 

Applicants should possess at least 3 years experience in a similar role, and hold a BSC Information Technology degree, ideally Microsoft MCITP.
