A large and expanding Financial services company is seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant & Administrative Executive to support Senior level staff and assist with office operations.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in an Administative or Secretarial role, ideally involving some PA related duties
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Good communication skills 
  • Fluent in English, and ideally Maltese
  • Competent with MS Office software

 

This position is being offered on a Full Time basis and would suit a junior Administrator or Secretary looking to develop their skills and career.
Applicants should possess some previous work experience in an Administrative, PA, or Secretarial role, and experience within Finance / Corporate environments will be considered favourably.
