Our client, a well established distributor within the food & beverage industry, is seeking to employ an Accounts and Administration Clerk to assist with all administrative functions and junior accounts duties.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2 years+ experience in an Administrative and Accounts focused role
  • Familiar with daily book-keeping procedures, postings, reconciliations and preparing accounts up to trial balance
  • Attention to detail and thorough 
  • Hard working ethic and highly organised
  • Fluent in English and Maltese with good communication skills
  • IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS office, especially with MS Excel, and ideally some knowledge of SAGE

  
Applicants should possess an A'level in Accounts or similar qualification, at least 2 years basic accounts experience and a good understanding of financial reporting. Knowledge of SAGE would be considered highly advantageous.
