A prestigious Private Banking and Investment company is looking to recruit an organised and presentable Front Office Administrator to join their team and manage Reception and Secretarial duties.

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience working in a Front Desk, Reception or Office environment
  • Excellent communications skills and telephone manner 
  • Customer service focused and professional
  • A positive, energetic & outgoing character
  • Highly organised with good administrative capabilities
  • Fluent in English
  • 'A' Level standard of education
  • Good level of competence with MS office applications 

 

Candidates should ideally have previously held a Front Desk or Reception position, be professional in their presentation, and possess excellent communication skills in English.
The position is offered on a Permanent full time basis with hours of work from 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
