A growing Corporate Services firm is looking to recruit a Senior Legal & Corporate Executive to oversee company portofolios and assist with contract drafting and reviewing, compliance matters, and legal agreements.

 

Candidate requirements:

• At least 2 years experience working within a Corporate, Tax, Compliance or Legal environment
• Qualified Lawyer (or finalising legal studies) 
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Excellent drafting capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English 

 

Applicants must be in possession of, or in the final stages of achieving, a warrant and recognised law degree, and hold experience within a Corporate or Legal environment. This position is offered on a full time basis with excellent opportunities within a growing international firm.
