Our client, a Company specialised in Corporate Services, is looking to recruit a professional and well organised PA/Secretary on a part time basis.


Applicants must have excellent communication skills in English and possess the following attributes:

  • Previous experience in a similar PA/Secretarial role, ideally within an international company 
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Very good attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
  • Professional work ethic and the capacity to work well in a deadline driven environment
  • Office management and basic accounting experience
  • Confident in MS office applications 


An intermediate to advanced level in German would be considered highly advantageous, and candidates should possess at least 3 years experience in a PA or Secretarial position.
