An exciting and industry leading Creative Marketing company is seeking an Office Receptionist to manage the front desk, meeting and greeting clients, and assisting with administrative requirements of the office.

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience working in a Front Desk, Reception, Administration or Office environment
  • Excellent communications skills and telephone manner 
  • Customer service focused and professional
  • A positive, energetic & outgoing character
  • Highly organised with good administrative capabilities
  • Fluent in English
  • 'A' Level standard of education
  • Good level of competence with MS office applications, and familiar with Mac software 

 

Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be friendly, reliable and flexible with their work approach. This position, which would also suit someone with the required skills seeking an entry level role, is offered on a permanent full time basis with working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

In addition to the listed salary, the successful candidate is entitled to Health Insurance, Gym membership, and additional Vacation Leave allowances.
