Our client, a small Investment and Consulting firm, is seeking to recruit a Part Time (or Full Time) Administration Executive to support and assist the Director with office requirements including company administration, online research, contracts, and general support.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in an Administrative role, ideally at senior level
  • Meticulous and hard working 
  • Self motivated and able to multi-task
  • Responsible and highly reliable character
  • Good communication skills with an excellent command of English (fluency in Maltese, Swedish or Polish would be advantageous) 
  • IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS office

 

Applicants should possess an A-level standard of education and have at least two years experience in an Administration, Office Management, or PA position, ideally within a Corporate environment. 

This role is offered on either a permanent part time basis of 20 to 30 hours a week, with some flexibility regarding working hours, but candidates with relevant experience only seeking a full time position are welcome to apply as the employment basis is flexible for the right person.
