Our client, a boutique Corporate firm providing audit and assurance services, is looking to recruit an Administration Officer on a Temporary Full Time basis to cover maternity leave for a period of 5 months from beginning January 2019 until May 2019.

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience working in an Administration, Back Office Support, or general Office role
  • Previous dealings with documentation, filing and basic accounts
  • Excellent communications skills and a professional approach
  • Highly organised with good administrative capabilities
  • Fluent in English
  • 'A' Level standard of education
  • Good level of competence with MS office applications 

 

Candidates should have previously held an Administrative or Office based role, ideally within a Corporate, Financial services, or similar professional organisation. Basic knowledge of KYC and Compliance related aspects would be considered highly advantageous.

This position is on a Temporary full time basis to cover maternity leave, from early January 2019 until late May 2019, and hours of work are from 8.00am to 5.00pm, with some flexibility if required. Candidates seeking reduced hours (30 hours per week) will be considered.
