A large and expanding Financial services company is seeking to recruit a Part Time Personal Assistant to support Senior level staff and assist coordinating office operations.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in a PA, Administative or Secretarial role
  • Diary and meeting management capabilities
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Fluent in English, and ideally Maltese
  • Competent with MS Office software

 

This position is being offered on a Part Time basis of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday ideally in the mornings. 

Applicants should possess previous work experience in an Administrative, PA, or Secretarial role, and experience within a Finance / Corporate environment will be considered favourably.
