Our client, a large and international branded property company, is seeking to recruit an Administrator to work in their dynamic office, supporting the team with all internal administrative requirements. 

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative or front office position 
  • Highly presentable with excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Possess a positive and pro-active character 
  • Exemplary organisational abilities and meticulous
  • Fluency in English, and ideally Maltese
  • IT proficient especially with MS Office software

 

Applicants should ideally possess a minimum of 1 year experience in an administration or customer services based role. This post is offered on a full time basis and includes working on Saturday mornings.
