Salary:     €30,000 to €36,000

A large and well established international retail company, is seeking to recruit a Full-time Recruitment, Training & Development Manager to compliment their Human Resources department. 

 

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a senior HR, Training or Recruitment role 
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and able to work on own initiative
• Excellent planning and administration skills with project support experience 
• Fluent / Advanced command of English and Italian, with Maltese desirable
• IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS office

 

Applicants with an HR related qualification will be considered favourably, and must possess an advanced language level in Italian, English, and ideally Maltese. Candidates must be willing to travel on a frequent basis and undertake training abroad for up to 3 months.
