Salary:     €23,000 to €26,000

Our client, a renowned international retailing company, is seeking to employ a Personnel and Social Manager to assist and oversee internal event organisation, employee interaction, and ensure a positive staff environment. 

 

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Human Resources capacity
• Highly organised, attentive and self motivated
• Approachable and friendly with excellent diplomacy and people skills 
• Fluent / Advanced command of English and Italian, with Maltese language a desirable
• IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS office

 

Applicants must possess an advanced language level in Italian, English, and ideally Maltese, and any HR related qualifications will be considered favourably. Candidates must be willing to travel on a frequent basis and undertake training abroad for up to 3 months.
