An established Consultancy and Financial Services company is seeking a Front Office Administrator to manage the front desk, undertake secretarial duties, and oversee the administrative requirements of the office.
Candidate requirements:
- Experience working in a Front Desk, Secretarial, Administration or Office based role
- Excellent communications skills and telephone manner
- Customer service focused and professional
- A positive, energetic & outgoing character
- Highly organised with good administrative capabilities
- Fluent in English, and ideally Maltese
- Ideally an 'A' Level or Degree standard of education
- Good level of competence with MS office applications
Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be friendly, reliable and flexible with their work approach. This position, which would also suit someone with the required skills seeking an entry level role, is offered on a permanent full time basis with working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
