A successful and highly respected Law firm is seeking to recruit an Accounts Officer to oversee the Finance team and all internal accounting requirements, while reporting to the Financial Controller.

 

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in an Accounts role, ideally in a mid level role
• Degree in Accounting, or in process of acquiring ACCA qualification
• Well versed with bank reconciliations, preparation of management accounts, invoice processing and VAT returns 
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads 
• Excellent attention to detail and level of organisation
• Fluency in Maltese and English 
• Highly competent with MS Excel, and ideally SAGE

 

Applicants should possess either a Degree in Accounting or be in the final stages of attaining their ACCA qualification, and ideally have experience overseeing junior level accounts staff.
