A leading professional software company is looking to recruit a Front Office Administrator to oversee all Reception requirements and assist with Administrative duties.

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience working in a Front Desk, Reception or Office environment
  • Excellent communications skills and telephone manner 
  • Customer service focused and professional
  • A positive, energetic & outgoing character
  • Highly organised with good administrative capabilities
  • Fluent in English and Maltese
  • Good level of competence with MS office applications 

 

Candidates should ideally have experience within a Front Desk, Reception or Office position, with administrative and customer services functions, but a friendly character and excellent communication skills are of most importance!

This position is offered on a Full Time basis with working hours from 8.15am to 5.15pm (with an hour lunch break), Monday to Friday.
