Our client, a well established sports and fashion retailer representing a number of well known international brands, is seeking to employ a Front of House Administrator to ensure the efficiency of the Reception area, assist with general administration and to support management.

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience working in a Administrative, Front Desk or Secretarial role
  • Excellent communications skills and telephone manner 
  • Customer service focused and professional
  • A friendly, positive and reliable character
  • Highly organised with good administrative capabilities
  • Fluent in English and Maltese
  • Competent with MS office applications 

 

Candidates should have some experience within an Administration, Reception or general Office position, along with excellent customer service and organisational abilities.
