A fast growing and international Medical Technology company is looking to recruit an Italian speaking Office Assistant to oversee all Front Office requirements and support the team  with all internal administrative requirements.

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience working in an Administrative or Front Desk position
  • Highly presentable with excellent communications skills
  • Customer service focused and professional
  • A positive, energetic & outgoing character
  • Highly organised with good administrative capabilities
  • Fluent in Italian and with a good command of written and spoken English
  • IT proficient especially with MS Office software

 

Candidates should ideally have experience within a Front Desk, Reception or Office position, with administrative and customer services functions and excellent communication skills. Fluency in Italian is a requirement, and knowledge of social media would be considered an asset.

This position is offered on a Full Time basis with working hours from 8.00am to 5.00pm, or 9.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
