Our client, an Internationally respected Medical company, is seeking to recruit an Italian speaking Administration Executive to support office operations and with Personal Assistant duties to assist the Managing Director with diary management and office operations, as well as to assist the Financial Controller with Accounts related work.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in an Administative, PA or Secretarial role
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in basic accounts
- Diary and meeting management capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills
- Fluent in Italian and with a good command of written and spoken English
- Highly competent with MS Office software, and ideally in Shireburn accounting software
Applicants should possess at least 2 years previous experience in a PA, Secretarial or Office Administration role, and have an advanced level of English and Italian, along with excellent business communication skills. A good working knowledge of Accounts and an A level in Accounts will be considered an asset.
This position is offered on a Full Time basis with working hours from 8.00am to 5.00pm, or 9.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
