A medium sized corporate services consultancy is seeking to recruit an Administrator/Secretary on a Full Time basis to assist the Corporate department with general clerical and administrative requirements, and ensure the efficiency of the office.


Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in an Administrative or Secretarial based role, with excellent documentation management skills, internal communications, and general administration duties and office management
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Team player and able to work under own initiative
  • Excellent communication abilities and fluency in English, and ideally Maltese
  • Highly proficient in MS Office software, especially MS Excel


Applicants should possess a minimum A-level education, and have experience in a clerical or administrative position, ideally within an Accounts, Corporate or Financial Services related company. Excellent oral and written English is a requirement.
