A well established Insurance company is seeking to employ a Personal Assistant to assist Senior Management with diary management, office operations and general organisational needs.
- Experience in an Administative, PA or Secretarial role
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Diary and meeting management capabilities
- Reliable and mature in character
- Exceptional communication skills
- A good command of written and spoken English, and Maltese
- Highly competent with MS Office software
