Our client, an IT Solutions & Services firm, part of a large and well established group of companies, is seeking an efficient and highly organised Administrator to oversee all office requirements and assist with Customer Care. 

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in an Administrative and/or Customer Care focused role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly reliable and efficient
  • Well organised with good administrative abilities and attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Fluent in English and Maltese
  • Proficient in MS Office software

 

Applicants should ideally have an A-level standard of education and at least 1 year experience in an Administration or related position. Experience in a Customer Support or Technical environment will be considered advantageous.
This position is being offered on a Full Time basis, with working hours between 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
