Our client, a small firm specialising in Corporate Services, is urgently looking to recruit a Junior Corporate Lawyer to assist with contract drafting and reviewing, corporate governance and compliance matters, and conducting legal research.

 

Candidate requirements:

• Currently studying Law or recently qualified
• Keen interest in working within a corporate, tax and company law environment
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Driven and determined character with an analytical mind
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English

 

Applicants must be in possession of, or in the final stages of achieving, a warrant and recognised law degree. This position is offered on a full time basis and is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Lawyer determined to succeed.

Previous experience in a law firm is beneficial but not required.
