Our client, a large and highly reputable company, is seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer and administrative team. 

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant 
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Maltese
  • Organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
  • Pro-active character with a flexible attitude
  • Advanced IT proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

 

Candidates must have previously held a Personal Assistant position for at least 2 years, ideally within a fast paced and/or large organisation.
