Our client, a specialist corporate services firm focused on legal and accounting assistance, are looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team to cover maternity leave for a period of 5 to 6 months. 

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience working in an office environment within a PA or Secretarial position
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Highly organised and meticulous with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • A positive, energetic & outgoing character
  • Able to work and perform under pressure 
  • 'A' Level standard of education
  • Good level of competence with MS office applications 

 

Candidates should have previously held a Personal Assistant or Secretarial position for at least 2 years, ideally within a Corporate or Financial organisation.

This position is on a Temporary basis to cover maternity leave but with possible permanent potential. Hours of work are 9-5pm (with some flexibility), and reduced hours from 9-3pm would be considered.
