Our client, a specialist Maltese legal firm focused on Corporate and Commercial law, is seeking to employ a Corporate and Regulatory Lawyer to join their practice.

 

Candidates Requirements:

• Experience providing assistance and advice to clients within financial services, along with the drafting of agreements 
• Knowledge and previous dealings with MFSA authorisations, Licensing Investment Service Providers, Insurance Brokers, and Collective Investment Schemes
• Document management proficiency with excellent attention to detail
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
• Diligent and highly motivated with strong leadership qualities

 

Applicants must hold an LL.D or MA in Financial Services. Qualified Accountants with a strong working experience within Corporate and Regulatary affairs will be considered.
