A highly professional and service focused establishment, operating within the Tourism and Hospitality industry, is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to the General Manager on a full time basis.

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience providing administrative support and assistance to senior level management
  • Highly organised and meticulous with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • A positive, energetic & outgoing character
  • People person with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and ideally Maltese
  • Advanced level of competence with MS office applications 

 

Candidates must possess at least 2 years experience within a Personal Assistant or related position, ideally within the hospitality sector.
