Our client, a leading and highly regarded Law Firm, is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join their Investment Services & Funds team to lead and advise both local and international clients in all Investment related areas.

 

Candidate requirements:

• 5 years+ experience within a Law Firm
• Knowledge of and ideally extensive working experience of the structuring and licensing of investment funds, drafting and negotiating contracts, compliance and regulatory requirements, and advising on MiFID related issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Deadline driven, proactive and a team player
• Fluency in English and Maltese

 

Applicants must possess a licence to practice law in Malta and ideally have at least 2-3 years direct experience in Investment Services and Funds. A post graduate degree in this area or a related field would be considered as an asset.
